Kelly (center) of “The Pugs and Kelly Show” on Live 105.3 will be appearing at CEE 2007 along with Dr. Robert Schwartz, host of the “Plastic Surgery Today” show. Dr. Schwartz and Kelly will broadcast from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and then stick around to meet with fans and answer audience questions.
